The rules for using FundraisHER

1. Who can use FundraisHER

The account holder creating and managing a profile must be 18 years of age or older, regardless of the actual age of the athlete the profile represents. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement and that you're responsible for the accuracy of any information you enter, including on behalf of a minor athlete.

2. Minor athletes and parental supervision

Eligibility & adult administration. Athletes of any age may be featured on an Athlete Hub, provided that the account is created, owned, and continuously administered by an individual who is at least eighteen (18) years of age and is the athlete's parent or court-appointed legal guardian ("Managing Parent"). Minors under 13 years of age are strictly prohibited from independently opening accounts or directly submitting personal information to the platform.

Parental consent & grant of publicity rights. By creating an Athlete Hub, the Managing Parent represents and warrants that they possess legal custody of the athlete and grant FundraisHER a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, host, and index the athlete's name, image, likeness, sporting accomplishments, and publicly submitted links as part of the directory service.

Amateur standing & NIL compliance.High school, collegiate, and amateur athletic governing bodies (including state high school athletic associations, NFHS, NCAA, and NAIA) enforce specific restrictions concerning the commercial use of team uniforms, school trademarks, and third-party financial solicitation. FundraisHER operates solely as a link aggregator and does not verify, audit, or approve individual campaigns. The Managing Parent assumes sole and absolute responsibility for verifying that any external donation links, merchandise sales, or commercial partnerships displayed on the Athlete Hub do not jeopardize the athlete's amateur status or eligibility.

No direct intermediary liability. FundraisHER disclaims all liability resulting from an athlete's loss of amateur eligibility, scholarship status, or school team membership arising from content or third-party links published to an Athlete Hub.

3. Accounts

One person maintains a single account, which can hold multiple roles (for example, an Athlete Hub and a Team Dashboard) at once. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are annual and renew automatically. See our Billing Policy for details on renewal, cancellation, and our no-refund policy.

5. No payments on-platform

Outside of your own subscription, FundraisHER doesn't process payments between athletes, fans, teams, or brands. Fundraising links, merch stores, ticket sales, and direct donation links all lead to third-party services you choose. We're not a party to those transactions and aren't responsible for them.

6. No endorsement of third-party campaigns

FundraisHER doesn't host, control, audit, or guarantee any third-party campaign, fundraiser, merch store, ticket sale, or donation link that an athlete or team shares through the platform. Displaying or linking to a campaign doesn't mean we've reviewed, verified, or endorsed it, and we don't guarantee the accuracy or legitimacy of any fundraiser linked from a Hub or Team Dashboard. If you're considering contributing to or purchasing from a linked campaign, you're responsible for doing your own research first.

7. No charitable solicitation or fiduciary role

FundraisHER is a linking directory and does not collect, hold, or disburse funds. FundraisHER is not a professional fundraiser, commercial coventurer, or charitable trustee.

8. Brand partnerships

Any partnership terms, deliverables, and compensation negotiated between an athlete and a brand through the platform are an agreement between those two parties. FundraisHER provides the tools to negotiate, sign, and track that agreement, but isn't a party to it and doesn't guarantee performance by either side.

Signing a proposal through the Partnership Hub constitutes a legally binding electronic signature under applicable law, including the U.S. ESIGN Act and UETA. Both sides must affirmatively confirm they've reviewed the terms before signing, and we retain a record of that signature (including IP address, device information, and a cryptographic record of the exact terms signed) to support that agreement if it's ever disputed.

9. Your content

You own the content you post: bio, stats, photos, videos, and everything else you add to your Hub. By posting it, you give us permission to display it on the platform (including on your public Hub, if published) and to use it to operate the features you've enabled, like AI-generated Social Media Captions.

10. Workout and fitness features

Workout logging and personal bests are tools for tracking and sharing your own training data. They're not medical, physical therapy, or professional coaching advice, and we don't review, supervise, or verify the exercises, weights, or results you log. Talk to a qualified professional before starting a new exercise program. Physical activity carries an inherent risk of injury, and by using these features you accept that risk for yourself or, if you're logging on behalf of a minor athlete, on her behalf.

11. Acceptable use

Don't use FundraisHER to harass, impersonate, or misrepresent yourself or others; to post content you don't have the right to share; or to attempt to access another account or data you're not authorized to see. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.

12. Account closure

You can request that your account be closed at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Closure requests are reviewed and processed manually, not instantaneously. Once claimed, a username isn't released for anyone else to use, whether an account is cancelled, expired, or closed.

13. Disclaimers and liability

FundraisHER is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it running reliably and your data secure, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of FundraisHER will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Nevada.
