A walkthrough of everything you can do from your Team dashboard.
Your Team Dashboard is where your coaching staff manages official events, campaigns, merch, and stats, then broadcasts them straight to every synced athlete's public Hub, reaching her supporters without any ad spend. It isn't a public page. Unlike an Athlete Hub, your Team Dashboard has no public URL of its own; your content only becomes visible indirectly, through the athletes you're synced to. It isn't a full team-management platform. It's built for marketing and reach, not attendance, equipment, or day-to-day operations, and your roster here may not be your team's complete real roster, only the athletes who've chosen to connect. It isn't a payment processor. FundraisHER never touches your money; every fundraiser, ticket, or merch link sends a supporter straight to wherever you actually collect it. And it can never pull an athlete in on its own. Syncing is always athlete-initiated: she joins by entering your sync code herself, and your team can't search for, request, or add her first.
Your Team Dashboard is private, not a public page, and it's fully active as soon as your subscription is set up. Your team has its own unique sync code (and shareable invite link) under Team Info, plus a downloadable QR code version, handy for flyers or in-person signups at tryouts or camp. Share it with your athletes so they can connect their own Hubs to your roster.
Add official events, fundraising campaigns, and merch items from your dashboard. Everything you add here broadcasts automatically to every synced athlete's Hub, showing your team's logo and a Team badge, no additional ad spend required.
Enter game stats for your roster athletes by sport, either one game at a time or in a batch, with a season summary view built right into your dashboard. If an athlete also enters her own stats for the same game, she chooses which version shows on her Hub.
Build a named list of exercises once, from Team Info, and every athlete synced to your team can load it straight into her own workout log from her Athlete Hub, no re-picking each exercise herself. You can optionally set a recommended weight, reps, sets, or distance on any exercise as a target for the roster to aim for; it shows as a hint while she logs, never filled in for her, since her actual numbers should always reflect that day's real performance.
See every athlete currently synced to your team, along with the position, jersey number, and dates they've entered on their end. You can remove an athlete from your roster, with a reason, and she'll be notified.
You get one Owner plus up to 3 Admins. Both the Owner and existing Admins can invite a new Admin by name and email; if an Admin sends the invite, the Owner has to approve it first. The Owner can also transfer ownership to an existing Admin, who has to accept before it takes effect.
Running multiple teams under one organization (for example, separate sports or divisions, not a youth division)? Create an additional team from your dashboard. It inherits your legal name, EIN, and Owner, sets its own display name and details, gets its own private dashboard and admin seats, and pays 50% of the standard rate on its own independent billing cycle. A parent team can mark any event, campaign, or merch item to share with its Additional Teams; each Additional Team reviews and accepts or declines every shared item on its own end. Accepted items show up highlighted alongside that team's own content, labeled with the parent team's name, so nothing has to be re-entered by hand.
Subscriptions are annual and auto-renew. If a payment fails, you'll get a grace period with reminder emails before anything locks. You can manage your payment method and subscription anytime from your dashboard's billing settings.
Manage your notification preferences from your dashboard's Account card, in addition to your payment method and subscription.
FundraisHER isn't in the App Store, but you can add it to your phone's home screen for one-tap access instead of typing the URL every time. On iPhone: open Safari, tap the Share icon, then "Add to Home Screen." On Android: open Chrome, tap the three-dot menu, then "Add to Home screen." Tapping the icon launches straight into your dashboard.
