A walkthrough of everything you can do with your Athlete Hub, from your dashboard's Hub Builder and Partnership Hub cards.
Once your Athlete Hub is set up, it's live right away at your slug URL, showing a "Hub is launching" placeholder. Fill in your display name under Bio & Photos in the Hub Builder and your Hub flips from placeholder to fully published. Everything else on your Hub is optional and can be filled in over time.
This is the core of your public profile: your display name, status and competition level, city and state, up to three profile photos, and a set of prompts (how you got into your sport, your proudest moment, your goals, and more). Fill in as much or as little as you're comfortable sharing.
Add links for Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Twitch, and Facebook. They show as icons in your Hub header so visitors can follow you everywhere.
Turn individual Hub sections on or off (Events, Stats, Fundraising, Fan Shop, and more) to control exactly what's public. Your Hub is unlisted from search engines like Google by default, for safety, and you can turn that on yourself if you want your Hub discoverable that way.
Enter a team's sync code (or click their invite link) to connect your Hub to a real team on the platform. Once synced, that team's events, campaigns, and merch appear on your Hub automatically, and your stats stay connected to theirs. You can disconnect anytime; anything that already synced stays on your Hub permanently.
Log your own game-by-game stats by sport. If a synced team also enters a stat for the same game, you choose which version to keep on your Hub.
Add your own games, tournaments, or appearances with a title, date, location, and ticket or info link. Events synced in from a connected team show here too, labeled with the team's name.
List active fundraising campaigns with a link, description, and image, plus direct peer-to-peer donation links (Venmo, Cash App, GoFundMe, PayPal) for supporters who want to give directly. Campaigns synced from a connected team show here too.
List merch items with a price, description, and link out to wherever you actually sell them. Items synced from a connected team show here too.
See everyone who's subscribed to follow you from your public Hub. You can remove a subscriber if needed, which also blocks that email from re-subscribing. Subscribers get a single weekly digest covering everything new on your Hub.
Upload up to five highlight videos for visitors to watch directly on your Hub.
Add logos, links, and a short thank-you message for sponsors you want to publicly highlight.
A brand-facing section covering your audience size, engagement stats, content style, and past campaign highlights. Not every athlete fills this out, and it's only visible on your Hub if you turn it on.
Track your recruiting journey: GPA, test scores, intended major, NCAA eligibility, and a list of schools with a status of Interest, Offer, or Committed. Only one school can be marked Committed at a time, and it displays in its own section on your Hub.
Ready-to-post social captions are generated automatically as you add game recaps, milestones, new events, campaigns, merch, recruiting updates, and more. Check your Spotlight section any time you want fresh content to share.
Generate a QR code that links straight to your Hub, downloadable as an image for flyers, programs, or in-person events. Once you name it, that name is locked.
Manage brand partnerships from your dashboard's Partnership Hub card, separate from the Hub Builder. Track inbound inquiries from brands, pitch brands yourself, negotiate terms back and forth, sign contracts once you're happy with the deal, and track a signed deal's progress from payment through campaign completion.
