I grew up in Dallas in a house where Sunday dinner was basically a film session. My dad played college football, my older sister ran track in college, and by the time I was six I understood that in our family, you played something. I tried almost everything, but basketball is what stuck. These days what keeps me going isn't a scoreboard anymore, it's proving to myself that 35 is a starting line, not a finish line.

I'm running the BMW Dallas Marathon to raise money for the Dallas Youth Hoops Foundation, the kind of program that gave a kid from Skyline High her first real shot. Every donation goes straight toward gym time, equipment, and travel for Dallas kids who play the way I did.
Entry fees, race travel, physical therapy, the real costs of training a 35-year-old basketball body for 26.2 miles. If you want to help get me to that start line ready, this is where it goes.

Second Act Hoodie

26.2 Training Tee
$28
What I'm actually wearing through marathon training, breathable and built for Dallas heat.

Morgan Hale Running Cap
$24
My go-to for sunny long runs around White Rock Lake.
I'm not a 22-year-old influencer posting a comeback for clout, I'm a former pro figuring out an entirely new sport in real time, mistakes included. My audience gets a genuine athletic journey spanning basketball, two countries, and now marathon training, not a highlight reel with the hard parts edited out.
