Experience

I grew up a multi-sport athlete in Charlotte, playing basketball and throwing shot put and discus through high school, then stuck with basketball through college. I hung it up after graduation like most of us do, until a coworker dragged me to a powerlifting meet two years later just to watch. I signed up for my first one within six months.
